About ISO 22000
ISO 22000 is the international standard for food safety management systems. It combines management system requirements with HACCP principles and prerequisite programmes, applied across the whole food chain from primary production to retail and food service.
Distinctive requirements include hazard analysis, control measure validation, critical control points and operational prerequisite programmes, traceability, withdrawal and recall, and emergency preparedness.
Delegates working to a GFSI-recognised customer requirement often also look at scheme-specific programmes such as FSSC 22000 and BRCGS; those appear in the specialty and auditor catalogues.
Which edition of ISO 22000 do the courses cover?
ISO 22000:2018 is the current edition. Sector schemes built on it, such as FSSC 22000, publish their own scheme versions separately; the course title states what is covered.

Course completion certificate or personnel certification?
Completing a MEGADEMİ course gives you a course completion certificate: documentary evidence that you attended the programme and met its assessment criteria. It is issued by MEGADEMİ.
Personnel certification is different. It is granted by a personnel certification body — for example Exemplar Global — against a published auditor category, and it assesses more than training: applicants normally have to evidence audit experience, pass the scheme's examination requirements and apply to the body directly. No training provider can grant it on the body's behalf.
MEGADEMI-EUROTECH LLC is an Exemplar Global Certified Training Provider. That is a statement about the provider and its training, not a statement that any individual course automatically confers a personal auditor certification.

How does ISO 22000 relate to HACCP?+
ISO 22000 incorporates HACCP principles inside a management system framework. HACCP-only training covers the hazard analysis method; ISO 22000 training adds the leadership, planning, competence, audit and improvement requirements around it.
Is ISO 22000 the same as FSSC 22000?+
No. FSSC 22000 is a certification scheme built on ISO 22000 plus sector prerequisite programmes and additional scheme requirements. If a customer specifies FSSC 22000 or BRCGS, check the catalogue for the scheme-specific course.
Which level should a food safety team leader take?+
