About ISO 45001
ISO 45001 is the international standard for occupational health and safety management systems. Its distinguishing requirements are hazard identification and risk assessment, worker consultation and participation, control of change, contractor and procurement control, incident investigation and emergency preparedness.
Worker participation is not optional in ISO 45001, which changes how audits are conducted: auditors are expected to speak to workers, not only to managers.
Implementer training covers building the hazard, risk and consultation processes; auditor training covers evidencing that they work in practice.
Which edition of ISO 45001 do the courses cover?
ISO 45001:2018 is the current edition, amended in 2024 to add climate-change considerations to the context clauses. Courses state the edition they cover in the course title.

Course completion certificate or personnel certification?
Completing a MEGADEMİ course gives you a course completion certificate: documentary evidence that you attended the programme and met its assessment criteria. It is issued by MEGADEMİ.
Personnel certification is different. It is granted by a personnel certification body — for example Exemplar Global — against a published auditor category, and it assesses more than training: applicants normally have to evidence audit experience, pass the scheme's examination requirements and apply to the body directly. No training provider can grant it on the body's behalf.
MEGADEMI-EUROTECH LLC is an Exemplar Global Certified Training Provider. That is a statement about the provider and its training, not a statement that any individual course automatically confers a personal auditor certification.

Does ISO 45001 training replace national safety qualifications?+
No. ISO 45001 training addresses the management system and its audit. National and sector safety qualifications address legal duties and technical competence, and both are usually needed.
Which level suits a safety officer?+
Internal auditor if you will audit your own sites; lead implementer if you are building or rebuilding the system; lead auditor if you will lead audits or audit other organisations.
Can training cover integrated ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 audits?+
