Specialty training is short, focused programmes on a single topic — awareness, regulation, scheme or technique — rather than a full auditor or implementer pathway. It suits teams needing targeted knowledge quickly. Delivered online, in-person and blended. MEGADEMİ currently lists 38 specialty courses.
What specialty training covers
Specialty courses answer a narrow question well. Typical subjects are standard awareness and transition, sector schemes, regulatory topics, sustainability and carbon reporting, validation, risk technique and process safety.
Most are shorter than the auditor and implementer programmes — commonly one to two days — because they are designed to be dropped into a working schedule.
They are frequently used as the entry step before a full auditor or implementer course, or as a refresher when a standard is revised.

What is specialty training?
Specialty courses are short, focused programmes on a single technique, regulation or technical topic — the things a broad auditor course can only mention in passing.
They are usually taken alongside an auditor or implementer qualification, either to close a specific gap before an audit or to meet an obligation that sits outside a management system standard.

Course completion certificate or personnel certification?
Completing a MEGADEMİ course gives you a course completion certificate: documentary evidence that you attended the programme and met its assessment criteria. It is issued by MEGADEMİ.
Personnel certification is different. It is granted by a personnel certification body — for example Exemplar Global — against a published auditor category, and it assesses more than training: applicants normally have to evidence audit experience, pass the scheme's examination requirements and apply to the body directly. No training provider can grant it on the body's behalf.
MEGADEMI-EUROTECH LLC is an Exemplar Global Certified Training Provider. That is a statement about the provider and its training, not a statement that any individual course automatically confers a personal auditor certification.
